Description
This machine is otherwise called a Clothes Dryer, Drying Machine, and Oil Dryer which is used to remove moisture from a load of clothing and other textiles.
The Industrial Drying Tumbler is constructed with superior-quality stainless steel inner cylinders and a painted outer body. It comes with an option of a stainless steel outer body with live steam arrangements that prevent it from peeling and rusting. Unlike many other industrial drying tumblers, our machine comes with a front-loading facility and a big door open that makes loading easy and fast. It has an open pocket, Reversible with cool-down features. The digital temperature controller ensures the accuracy of temperature with displays indicated in Centigrade. The machine is built with Dual motors, a Belt drive, No Snag, No Sag, a Perforated basket, and a safety main door switch. Another important feature in its construction is the 'Anti-Wrinkle Safety rumble' that Prevents garments from excessive wrinkles that arise during drying. The machine is a great energy saver because of its double-wall glass Wool Technology PUF insulation.
Totally dynamic balanced, Aluminum casting blower is provided so, heating and blowing perfectly matched. The energy is completely utilized, and faster drying timings are. The Industrial Oil Dryer is available from 10 Kg to 20 Kg capacity with a proper liquor ratio of 1:20. The Loading capacity is 20% more than other tumbler machines.
