Description :
Ironer has Variable Frequency Drive [LS ] for speed adjusting. Customer can adjust speed according to fabric thickness to improve ironing efficiency. Ironing roller of Diameter 800 mm is made with Stainless steel. Roller adopts Galvanization technology to increase the life span. Heating by adopting stainless steel cylinder presents good effect. Maximum touchable area 300 Degree roller circle effectively expand work area and improve ironing speed, heat energy and reduce the Running cost.
Drive motor connected with gear box will give steady running of roller. The main machine manufactured by cutting laser machines and welded with high quality welding will gives the beautiful look, smooth running. Precise transmission, quality running and long lifespan. Ironer belt of best quality which resist high temperature. Compact structure saves a lot of space by small covering area.
Several types of heating type by outside connecting steam, gas and electric are optional. Also available with Return feed and Rear return is optional.
